That’s a valid point. Perhaps there’s room for a section called Current Idiomatic or Current Vernacular or something similar? In the same vein would be words/terms like ‘parse’, ‘unpack’, ‘baked in’ and my all time favourite (I’m being sarcastic, of course) ‘abundance of caution’. They get mentioned a few times and then they catch on and then way overused by just about everybody.
